Most people want to live happy and with Longevity, in order to achieve this a healthy lifestyle is what you need. Be heart strong by getting lots of heart rate increasing, cardiovascular exercise, breathing deeply, and eating a well-balanced diet. If your not currently not living a healthy lifestyle You're not really a doomed to be overweight and unhealthy forever, you can reverse all the negative effects by getting back into shape with a lifestyle change. You will benefit from increased self esteem along with improvements to your mental and physical health. Bad health due to poor lifestyle choices will lead to a lifetime of lesser quality.

Eating healthily as often as possible is the key to health and longevity. In this fast pace world many people do NOT eat healthy... Most of us overindulge in excessive red meat, fried foods, starch; and especially refined sugars like white sugar, high fructose corn syrup. As a result most people do not eat enough seafood, poultry, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grain products.

Fried foods and other processed snacks like chips and candy are readily available so very convenient and for the most part very tasty but these unhealthy habits must stop. It's no secret most men love red meat and fried foods, both of which are high in fats and bad for your health if eaten too much over a long period so don't be afraid to change your diet, replace a minimum of a couple of your high fat red meat with fish or chicken. Lower your fried food intake, cut of things like french fries, hamburgers, potato chips and replace all of them with beans or squash. Replace your unhealthy snacks like candy, chocolate and such with fruits and nuts and often as possible. Try and swap out your white bread with whole wheat or whole grain. Finally replace your current milk with skim or even fat free milk.

You must also be jogging, running, playing racquetball, or any other cardiovascular exercises a minimum of every second day for around thirty minutes per workout. Make sure you NEVER over do it, always stay within your current fitness level making small additions to the intensity each time you workout, doing workout sessions that are well beyond your fitness level is dangerous to your health in the short term and counter productive in the long term since doing extraneous workouts is not sustainable.

Within your work life--eliminate the strain and stresses that can lead to serious health issues. For men, that generally means compete against yourself, not against everybody else, and become honest on your own about whether you actually love your projects--and when you don't enjoy it, attempt to change into another thing. Oh, and don't bring your projects home along with you--even though you work from your home. Recreation time is simply that.
