I had a child he delivered and as a result of the delivery and delay in extracting the baby my child has CP Mental and P...hysically Delayed ...The standard of care provided by St. Mary's Medical Center and Dr. Koch's failure to keep extract the baby has caused a life long burden on my entire family...He and the entire group refused to have NICA.... GREAT GUY, BAD DOCTOR when promoting and preforming to many inductions . Thanks for Killing my child's right to a normal life and lying for the facility and nurse that day. May God Have MERCY on you in the END. more details
