I only gave him one star because I could not give him less. The doctor asks questions and only wants you to answer basic...ally yes or no. He did not want to hear symptoms or concerns. Has no bedside manner or ability to process additional information. I was newly diagnosed with RA so I had a lot of questions and he would visibly get frustrated with me. No one on his staff smiles except the lady who takes your blood. Everyone seems miserable to be there like they hate their job. The waiting room is packed with people who had still not been seen from the early morning and he and his staff are standing back there for 30 minutes getting together a order for lunch. It took me a week after leaving his office to receive the medication he prescribed for a flare because he 'forgot' to send it over to the pharmacy. Call backs from staff take over a week. Absolutely the worst doctor and staff I have ever been to! more details
