The personnel is OK. They could make patients feel more welcome. Dr. McNaney bedside manners are terrible, she was rude ...in the hospital. After my surgery, I had all kind of problems and after 5 or 6 visits to her practice, she said that the problem was my body that did not heal well, and that I have problems from a previous surgery and that was not true. I found (too late) that she had few malpractice cases in the past and at least two cases still open... more details
