Dr. Shenker was very pushy about the depo provera shot and claimed that there were no serious side effects. When I compl...ained later about the constant bleeding (which lasted a year) I was told there was nothing that could be done except get another shot. I was not told about that or the black box warning on the shot. Also he seemed very short with me whenever I had questions and dismissive of my concerns. more details
