Some diseases, unfortunately, can sneaking up unnoticed. This happens because people simply do not attach importance slight symptoms. To such diseases can be attributed a sclerosis. What is a sclerosis and its species

Sclerosis - a disease in which certain body elements die and are replaced by connective tissue. This can occur with a variety of bodies, blood vessels and other structures of the body.

Sclerosis is subdivided into several types:

  • Cirrhosis of the liver - a replacement of liver cells into connective tissue, that leads eventually to liver failure. It is a chronic disease that appears over time and is progressing. There are several factors of development the disease, which also includes the use of alcohol.

All types of sclerosis arise due to various reasons and preconditions. But there are also common reasons of occurrence sclerosis:

  • Improper diet. Misuse of meat, as well as a lack of vitamins and minerals in the diet can lead to sclerosis of various organs. Also harmful is the use of semi-finished products and fatty foods, avoid fast food.
  • Alcohol abuse also leads to sclerosis of the liver, kidneys and nervous system. Even in small amounts alcohol adversely affects the body.
  • Chronic diseases such as syphilis or diabetes and some infections.
  • Poisoning by chemicals and heavy metals lead to sclerosis.
  • Aging anyhow leads to deterioration of the internal organs and body systems, and therefore begins a sclerosis. However, this process can be postponed - eat properly, exercise and give up bad habits.
  • Genetic predisposition may also cause sclerosis;
  • Obesity, smoking.

Treatment of sclerosis and Prevention

Since a sclerosis is difficult to treat, doctors recommend follow advice for the prevention of sclerosis, as follows:

  • Establish sleep mode and wakefulness. Normal mode is very important for proper functioning of the organism. Go to bed at 22-24 hours and get up at 6-8 am.
  • Eat food without a large amount fat and salt. Give preference to vegetable and dairy foods. Eat a meal that contains iodine, vitamins and minerals.
