Dr. Carra seems to be the most unprofessional mental health counselor I have ever dealt with. She did an evaluation of m...y child in a case of alleged sexual abuse. She interviewed only one side of our family and did not talk to the couples counselor that we had seen for eight months.
Dr. Carra negected to report the alleged abuse to the Department of Children and Families or the Police, she was required to do so under Florida law.
In order to get access to her records for my child, I am forced to submit a formal complaint with the Florida Medical Board. more details
