Be aware that all that this doctor is concerned is charging you and your insurance money. After expensive procedure with... anesthesia, he announced that he is not the right doctor for the problem I have! Two weeks before the appointment I gave to Dr. Hart the report of similar procedure where my gynecologist clearly outlined the type of the problem it discovered!! I had to go to the right urologist and do this procedure again, having another anesthesia..... So, Dr. Hart is up for money! I had to pay over $250 for my part of this expensive procedure that was done for nothing..... You and your problems are not his concern. more details

Failed to ascertain nature of problem, and declared a symptom as a total diagnosis. Hardly "Top Doctor" material.
