I got an appointment when I needed one.
They kept things moving and on time during my visit.
I received a correct diagnosis and up-to-date treatment.
I was given specific advice on lifestyle changes I can make to improve my health.
The provider really listened, gave me the time I needed, and put me at ease.

The provider addressed traditional and alternative medicine treatment options in an open-minded way.

We were unhappy with the care we received from Dr. Hatoum. Neither his office nor his staff seem very welcoming or warm.... The first thing you see upon entering his office are two large posted signs: one that reminds you to wipe your feet at the door and the other states that no children are allowed in the ultraound/ exam room. Not very welcoming to families with curious and excited siblings.
All of the above would be of little consequence if we felt good about the care we received over several visits, however we felt he was inconsistent with recommendations for my plan of care and seemed annoyed by our wish for a second opinion.
He came across as very risk-averse, to the point of making recommendations not in the best interest of the women and families in his care but rather to cover his own tush. I did not feel he was invested in me/us as clients or human beings.
We have since received excellent care elsewhere and are grateful for other options. more details
