After two other very different second opinions, (including one from one of the top rated urologists in the area) I went ...with Dr. Latchamsetty.
If I had followed the advice or gone for the other treatment options, I would likely be in the terminal stages of prostate cancer, as the post-operative pathology showed a much worse Gleason score (9) than an earlier biopsy by one of the other doctors (5). Now after surgery, my PSA has been consistently 0. more details
