SORRY TO SAY MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR. JAY WILNER IN TAMPA FLORIDA WAS THAT OF FRAUD. WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM MY FOLLOW-UP... APPT THE NUMBER HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED...HE BASICALLY VANISHED. I NOW LIVE WITH A BOTCHED SMART LIPO PROCEDURE, WHICH HE HAS MY BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT DOING BETTER BACKROUND RESEACH. SHAME ON HIM FOR CARELESSLY DAMAGING A PERSON FOR MONEY..THEN GOING ABOUT YOUR LIFE LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. more details
