Stay away – money hungry facility!
Scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Kofinas since he was in network, when I sh...owed up, he was out of the office & I saw another MD, who was not in network. Never met with Dr. Kofinas. They kept billing me out of network & chagrin a co-pay, a total of $127,000 was billed to my insurance and a co-pay every visit from me. They prescribed a medication (med A) telling me it was preferred by my insurance and they would exchange it (med B) when I would get to the office. In reality medication B was covered by my insurance & had a much cheaper co-pay. The office should have just suggested IVF with my condition; instead they put me thru hell with 3 unsuccessful IUI’s. Treatments were done with very high dosages of medication which in the end screwed my body up. Think twice before you go & spend a lot of money! Left the office for a different clinic. more details
