This so called "doctor" refuses to see her patients if they are not EARLY for their appointments, despite that she has n...ot made any effort to inform them that being EARLY is a requirement to be seen at her office. I arrived ON TIME for my appointment and this "doctor" had her staff inform me that because I wasn't 15 minutes early that she would not see me. This was after the week prior, her office made a mistake in their scheduling my appointment in their computer. I was given an appointment card with a date the week prior on it, for which I showed up. I was told that there was a mistake in entering the appointment and it was actually entered for the following week, same day and time but a week later. I then waited for that appointment, in pain from a car accident. After arriving on time the following week I was told that I wasn't 15 minutes early so she would not see me. After I spoke up that this was not right, the office manager came out and she rudely informed me that I had to be 30 minutes early! I asked if I had been 15 minutes early you would have still refused to see me because I wasn't 30 minutes early? This is ridiculous. I will never return to such a doctor who clearly puts more emphasis on 15 minutes than she does on her patients. Nothing at all was even mentioned of how I was inconvenienced the week prior when THEY made a mistake. Nothing was mentioned that I waited for this appointment for a week and made special arrangements with my own schedule to be there ON TIME or that now I have to be inconvenienced further by finding another doctor to interpret my mri. This doctor is a joke. I wouldn't trust anyone who treated a person like that, much less someone who is supposed to care for a patient. more details
