Bartlik’s professional protocol for her patients features a dystopic engagement with the world. Instead of instructin...g her patients on the value of healthy, useful norms and personal responsibility, she encourages a system in which people abort rather than support babies and medicate rather than mother small children. She advocates for the emasculation of males and the demise of the gentleman, actively dissuading her adult male patients from taking basic steps toward responsibility and self-sufficiency such as securing driver’s licenses, steady employment or supporting themselves in (once common) rudimentary ways. Instead, she sanctions male patients to rely on family members, women and friends financially for everything from the basics in life such as food & shelter to superfluities like professional massages and vacations.
Similarly, her psychiatric theories endorse the now common Pick Up Artist archetype for her patients in which men deceive and use women for sex in an effort to bolster their self-esteem. Feelings of self-worth that have historically come to men via mastery of a trade or profession, living a virtuous life with purpose, and caring for others has been wholly replaced in her male patients with repeated meaningless sexual exploits (both alone and with large numbers of ever-changing partners). Images of these experiences are then shared pictorially by her patients via group texts with similarly psychiatrically damaged males (who frequently also suffer from the deleterious physical consequences of their sometimes thousands of sexual encounters) and contribute to the new American male psychological support system. The paradigm that has replaced marriage & family for so many in the 21st century and led to a litany of mental health issues.
This overt de-humanization of women has been encouraged by her therapeutic model which is highly solipsistic and excuses anti-social behavior under the guise of victimhood. All cruel-hearted and anti-social tendencies that were once considered reprehensible are allowed, for the patients are constantly trying to service the debt of a myriad of ailments such as Depression, ADD, Anxiety, etc. Like cycling in place, the patient never flourishes. Instead he keeps repeating old patterns and is always offered an excuse by a doctor in need of a perpetual patient.
Of course, this type of social engagement based on compulsive dishonesty and selfishness is the complete opposite of what philosophers, theologians and folklore have always told us will lead to a happy life. Cunningly, the main beneficiaries of the eradication of established societal norms and manners are mental health professionals. By pushing for the “patient centered” “look out for #1” lifestyle of the pick-up artist, the well-being the general population takes a hit as does the strength of our civilization. Today, we find psychiatrists offices filled with lost and broken people who bought into the lifestyle of easy and vacuous sex and are now plagued by “depression” and “anxiety”. Professionals will never point to the recipe for discontent that is at play—to do so would affect their financial bottom line.
