| Never again! Following 2 visits within days for the same symptoms, I discovered that not only did they fail to diagnose a life-threatening infection and blood clot in my head, but they did not have the equipment necessary (an MRI) to diagnose my condition. Wasted numerous hours sitting in an empty room and got hit with 2 co-payment bills after 1 month. As a result, I needed life-saving emergency treatment at a better quality hospital. When I complained, the feedback they provided was that I should or could have gone back to them a third time, even with their admission that they did not have the equipment necessary. One of my friend's husband died soon after receiving inadequate treatment for a stroke, so I should have known better than to trust them but wanted to support my local community. I've since learned my lesson and will not go there again, as the time spent travelling further for better (and prompter) care is well worth it and just might save a life. |
