Community Outreach & Activites

Gulf Coast Medical Center's community health education service reaches thousands of residents each year through a variety of programs. Community-based health screenings give residents an opportunity to receive free blood pressure, cholesterol, and body/fat analysis tests as well as a variety of health education materials. We also work closely with area employers through our free Commit to Fit program to bring specific on-site health and screening programs to employees that help them stay healthy and prevent disease. Gulf Coast Medical Center believes it is important to educate our community on healthy living as well as procedures and therapies that help keep families healthy.
