They do not care about their patients. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of caring, and lack of... knowledge on how to run a practice. One star is actually way more than what is deserved. In the beginning, I would have given 5 stars. Everything was great. But, then I experienced and found out the truth.....It's all about the money. As a previous poster stated, they refused to see the patient over owing $5.00. They will drop you as a patient in a heartbeat and leave you without medical care for something as small as owing $5.00 and other ridiculous reasons.
You will see Dr. Baak on your first visit but not after that. All appointments after that will be handled by nurse practitioners. Unfortunately, Dr. Baak and his wife Julie don't have this practice to help people. It appears to be only a profit based business to them.
Trust me, there are good Rheumatologists out there who truly care about, and want the best for, their patients, and have staff and managers who know the proper way to interact with patients. more details
