Although Dr. Stelzner is a fine doctor, her office manager Susie is incompetent! In May when I called to make an appoint...ment, the mgr. told me my insurance was cancelled, which was untrue. She repeatedly ARGUED and INSISTED. After several calls to my insurance co. and group, who confirmed my ins. was never cancelled, she refused to listen. She would not even look into my proof of a written authorization. Imagine my shock when I was told I had no insurance !!! I even asked the ins.co. to call her. Now I learn that Dr. Stelzner discharged me without any respect, or consideration as her patient, or without asking ME what happened!
I guess " the Hippocratic Oath" thou shall do no harm, doesn't apply here. Dr.Stelzner may be a good doctor but there's many. It's as important to be caring, empathetic, and treat patients with integrity. more details
