Incompetent any who seeks help in this area would be better off seeking it elsewhere. Dr. Quinones is an egotistical nar...cissist who enjoys causing problems for others and is extremely hard to get along with. Constantly complaining about everything and everyone. He's a miserable excuse for a psychiatrist and should be forced into retirement. more details
