Great surgeon, mixed bedside manner, poor office staff.
I recommend Dr Jones work, but his after care and foll...ow ups seem very rushed.
His office staff is very sub-par - very disorganized, have a significant lack of follow through, and very unprofessional. Do not expect a return phone call from them, because it will never come. more details
