I had a serious MRI with anesthesia on my Thoracic for a Syrinx which Dr. Ogden presumed was inoperable prior to perform...ing the MRI. The procedure was on 4/25, and it's 4 weeks later & HE'S NOT CONTACTED ME WITH RESULTS. For 3 weeks I've reached out to him via emails and calls to both of his offices, to NO AVAIL. Once he was with a patient, other times he was in his NJ office & was unable to access his NY files (really?). The receptionist was unable to tell me when he would be in NY since the doctor had a very busy schedule. Clearly, he's too busy to follow up with his patients! I'm completely stressed about these results, finding a tumor would be my best case scenario, with other far scary possibilities. I've reviewed the Patient Bill of Right & he's violated at least 5 of them. I don't have any recourse except to write to the Patient Services Admin. and file a complaint, but I am reluctant to do that. This non-communicative behavior is insensitive. Why am I not important to him? more details
