The receptionist is a very difficult person to work with due to her poor communication skills. The office is apparently... very disorganized, faxing records back and forth is problematic, she wanted me (the patient) to trouble-shoot why she wasn't receiving a fax from my other doctors' office. Isn't that her job??? more details
