It is very difficult to communicate with Dr Reinheimer because she is very hard of hearing and does not wear a hearing a...id. Instead, she leans in about 6 inches from your face and asks you to speak very loud. So, you end up screaming your personal medical conditions to the whole office. (Privacy anyone?) When she challenged me about a medication, I referred her to the documentation in the file. She informed me that she didn't want to read the file and pushed it away. Hearing problems and privacy aside, how does a doctor treat a patient when the doctor won't even open their file? more details
