Dr. Steven Zelicof is a one of a kind Orthopedic Surgeon! He is my medical Hero! In the past year and a half, he has giv...en me back full mobility without pain by performing total knee replacement surgery in each of my knees. His diagnostic and surgical skills are second to NONE and his compassionate bedside manner has made him the most kindhearted surgeon I've ever had the pleasure to be under the care of in my ENTIRE LIFE! God broke the mold when he created Dr. Zelicof! I've run out of ways to thank him verbally for all he has done for me so far orthopedically! (He's currently treating me for serious left shoulder osteoarthritis and I know that if the time comes that I need surgery on the shoulder, I will have a surgeon who will give me the same kind of incredible recovery outcome that he did with my knee replacements!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful and highly skilled Orthopedic surgeon!

Dr. Zelicof is the most incredible and compassionate surgeon I've EVER had the privilege to know and be under the care o...f in my entire life!
Over the past year, he has performed two extremely successful total knee replacements on me (right knee - April of 2011 and left knee - March of 2012)! His encouragement and support from the day I went back to his care in October of 2010 helped me get through both surgeries with very little emotional upset.
His diagnostic skills are spot on and, as I have indicated above, his bedside manner is second to NONE! THEY BROKE THE MOLD WHEN THEY MADE DR. ZELICOF!!
I have referred many people to him and have been asked for his info by friends and acquaintances for others who needed knee replacement surgery. I will always refer patients as long as he continues to perform these surgeries. I hope he NEVER retires!
I have, what I feel is the most special physician/patient relationship with Dr. Zelicof that anyone could ever hope for.
He and his practice partners are amazing and the front office staff is very friendly. His Physician Assistant has also been there for me every step of the way. Plus, his partner who performs hand surgery, gave me back 100% functionality in BOTH hands last October when he performed endoscopic carpal tunnel release surgery on me! This practice partner is also amazingly kind and highly skilled.
I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Zelicof to anyone in Westchester County, NY who needs knee or hip surgery! He is the best! more details
