Dr Stephen Noel's office is a complete sham. They commit insurance fraud by recommending procedures you dont need and d...ouble billing your insurance company. I also suspect they compensate medicare/medicaide recipiants in exchange for the ability to fradulantly bill medicare/medicaide for unwarranted proceedures. I went there once 4 years ago and STILL get calls from them telling me to "bring a friend" What doctor tells you to bring a friend?? So weird. They still call me to this day even after I have told them that I know they are a sham. I am thinking about calling my insurance company to report them but I really dont think anything will be done. In any case, steer clear!! more details
