Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never li...sten to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was told that my medication will now only be filled for one more month because I have to wait till December to get an appointment. That's pretty awful considering I have a life-threatening ailment: epilepsy. The receptionist did a terrible job explaining why I suddenly won't be receiving any more refills since I've been receiving them for years up until this point. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. more details
