Run, don't walk, to the nearer door. He had no records, didn't know my history, gave no physical exam , had to ask me wh...y i was there...Mistakenly injected my calves with Botox that was ordered for migraines, i thought he was putting in needle electrodes for nerve conduction test. He hit a nerve and i lost most function of my left leg for several hours. A shocking, painful and sad experience. Cancelled my follow-up. more details
