Dr. Katz performed surgery on my mother to repair a broken arm. During the surgery he severed the brachial artery, my mo...m died two days later. Dr. Katz never came back to the surgical waiting room to speak to me after he came to tell me he "nicked" an artery. I had to go search for the recovery room and knock on the door to ask where my mother was. more details
