Like many at Kaiser, she seems nice enough but is limited in what she is allowed to do and has a very limited perspecti...ve on medical care. Refers to specialists on anything but the most routine situations. Refuses to order diagnostics (or incentivized not to). Not much oversight of my overall care. more details
