This doctor's office has tried to balance bill me 3 times, which is fraudulent. Asked/demanded an itemized bill repeated...ly and was flat out told no, they wouldn't give me one. They sent me a bill for a phony appointment that was never scheduled many months after the final visit. Health issue was not resolved. Doctor neglected to show up for 2 appointments. Conditions in office unsanitary and in violation of blood born pathogen codes. more details
