Dr. Pamela J Costello, MD

I am a new patient in town with some personal issues that I would rather not discuss in this forum. I found Dr. Pamela C...ostello using google and she appeared to be a very well-rounded Doctor. When I first visited her office I waited for approximately 1 hour until I saw her. Once I saw her I was immediately informed that I had Lymes Disease. After her diagnosis she prescibed me herbal medications that seemed to be very expensive. I figured to take then since she was the Doctor and that she knew what she was talking about. After taking them for approximately 1 month, my illness appeared to be getting worst. I went back to visit her and she prescibed me more expensive herbal remedies. I was reluctant but once again paid the very expensive price. A month went by and my conditions had gotten even worst. When I spoke with her receptionist all I got was rudeness and was informed that she would call me back. After several ER visits I still had not recieved any calls. I spoke again with her receptionist who once again was a very RUDE person! I was finally able to set up an appointment with her. After waiting another hour she refered me to Dr. Wolfe. She stated that this was her boyfriend and that he would take very good care of me. I did not understand what a dentist had to do with my condition. After shelling out a lot of my savings funds I decided to get a second opinion from another Doctor. I was diagnosed with something far from what Dr. Costello diagnosed me with. I was given the proper medication and began to feel much better. Please be VERY cautious of this Doctor!!! I feel that she is a large fraud and is worried about nothing but money. I am an elderly person and I do not have that much money. I spent almost all of my savings on this person. When I tried to reach her about the misdiagnosis she just ignored me.
