I got an appointment when I needed one.
They kept things moving and on time during my visit.

Was there for a routine check-up. Had testing completed on me that was not explained nor was it routine. Received a bill... in the mail for the testing that was completed that I didn't ask for nor was it explained to me. Called Barbara in billing to ask for an explanation and work out a fair payment. Barbara basically told me that the charges were what they were and that dr dorfman would not speak with me about it. "If I didn't want to pay the full amount, I'd be sent to a collection agency." A couple of weeks later, I am being harassed by a collection agency for the amount that was unfairly charged to me. What kind of doctors office would act like this with their patients?? I'm in the dental industry and work with doctors daily, I don't know of an office that would treat their patients that way. I am not one of the people who write bad reviews after visiting an office or restaurant that I didn't like. This is the first time I've ever wrote a review about any place I've visited. more details
