Stay away from this doctor especially the "guaranteed weight loss program" it is $1595.00 it is made to look like you a...re under a doctor’s care when you are actually under the care of the assistant and receptionist, who are nice enough lady's but not skilled physicians. You are given a small colored paper bag with tissue paper (something from the dollar store) with a junk plastic food scale, a couple jars of lotion that gave me a rash, a jar of vitamin supplements that have no effect at all, drops of Skinny Up that are to curb your hunger, which they DO NOT!!! a cheap spiral binder with your food plan the plan is too eat 500 calories a day, starve yourself for 40 days, which I did AND IT DID NOT WORK! I was on it for 64 days when I was at my wits end and was offered another round I had spent so much money and really wanted to lose the 40 pounds in 40 days as promised, but that promise/guarantee turned into 20 pounds in 40 days then they guarantee 15 pounds of weight loss, after I had already agreed to a 2nd round I would have rather had my money back and went elsewhere I was on the diet for 105 days, I made myself sick but I never lost the weight and when I asked for my money back the doctor turned into a bully and twisted my words to make me seem like I cheated him, the nerve, I more than anyone wanted this diet to work, but it was a joke and he refused to give me my money back for the weightless program that was GUARANTEED, bull! I also ended up being talked into chiropractic care, I was told my spine was so damaged that it was impeding my thyroid, I need chiropractic care again MONEY UPFRONT, I went 7 times I felt WORSE not better, I asked for the balance of my money back from that and was given the run around. When everything went sour and I began to complain the doctor talked down to me, he patronized me spoke to me like I was one of his children, it was insulting, he is insulting STAY AWAY!!! more details

Be wary of any medical provider that offers a discount for paying up front for a year's worth of service. This place is... a mill, and if you see Dr. Vactor more than 5 minutes you'll be the exception to the rule.
