Dr. Manuel Gallego is a great doctor and a wonderful person. Although it is his job to listen to his patients, Dr. Galle...go listens on another level. Patients are very appreciative of that skill as it makes a world of difference. He has a way of getting to the crux of any situation and finding an appropriate plan of care. Dr. Gallego spends a generous amount of time with each patient allowing them to really understand themselves. In addition to his own busy practice, Dr. Gallego helps numerous people at a free clinic in Arcadia. more details
