Ms. Nerhood is flustered as to why you would give her a history of events in order to establish a framework for current ...behaviors. She is perplexed by emotions, even after you explain that this is a therapy session and the appropriate time to be emotional. She is very unprofessional. She allows name calling, which is completely unethical and inappropriate in the context of a therapeutic session. She allowed my adult brother to call my adult sister a c*nt during a session and she did not tell him that was grossly uncalled for, and later exclaimed that my brother does not seem like the type to name call, even after she witnessed it. She is one-sided and not objective enough to listen to both parties in a conflict. She appears to side with the party paying for the session. She condones degenerate and neglectful behavior. She is a clear example that just because someone has a degree in counseling does not mean they are qualified and competent to do the job. more details
