The office staff in Milford are awful. The girls that are working for him have no clue what the definitions and stipula...tions of HIPAA are. The first time I went in, one of the girls had to write my prescription out and left the door open and was screaming out what she was writing down while others were in the waiting room. They have also called in prescriptions for other patients while I was in the waiting room. What ever happened to patient privacy?!?!?!
The Dr. is decent. I fell like he basically is only concerned with how whatever medications he put you on is working, not the underlying reasons why you are on those medications. I understand that as aPhysiatrist , he prescribes medications and that is the reason why a lot of people go to them, but why take medications to evade the problem when you can directly confront the problem and maybe not need the medications or not need them for as long??!!??? more details
