I have never in my life been so compelled to write a "review" on a person or establishment. Truly the worst experience I...'ve ever had in a doctors office. Dr. Giraud tried to rush me out without taking anything I said into consideration, very arrogant and condescending. Told me to take an OTC medicine for 3 weeks (even though I had already been taking it for a week prior). This specific medicine has many warnings including NOT to use and contact a doctor if problem persists over a week. Despite suffering from extreme dizziness and sever pain/congestion in my ear, nose, and throat, she told me there's nothing she can do and that maybe I should go to the ER. The medicine she told me to take has "dizziness" as their number one side effect. When I refused to leave and demanded that it be written down on my papers that I feel dizzy to the point I cant function throughout the day, she decided to take me seriously and have a technician check my middle ear. The technician also could not be more rude. Truly and unbelievable experience. This entire doctor's office should be reported and investigated.more details
