ER VISIT FOR EXTREME ABDOMINAL PAIN. I WAS IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR 23 HOURS THEN SENT TO A ROOM. IN THE ER I WAS SEEN ...BY HIS PARTNER DR REID, WHO HAD A GI DR SENT TO LOOK AT ME W/ FT, BLOODWORK AND X-RAYS. HE SAID I NEED A SURGEON B/C SMALL INTESTINE HAD A KINK, LIKE A WATER HOSE BUT I DID NOT HAVE CROHNS. DICKINSON CAME BY ROOM LATER THAT NITE AND SAID MAY BE CROHNS AND COULD TAKE 2-3 DAYS OR 2-3 WEEKS TO FIGURE OUT. HE WAS EXTREMELY SHORT WITH ME AS IF HE WAS BOTHERED HE HAD TO SEE ME, ZERO BEDSIDE MANNER AND AS IF HE NEVER SAW THE NOTES THE GI DOC TOOK ON ME. HE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER DOING A PHYSICAL EXAM. THIS GUY IS A DISGRACE TO ALL PHYSICIANS, I WILL NOT LET HIM NEAR ME OR ANY FAMILY MEMBER AND I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DON'T EITHER! IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN A SCORE BELOW 1 IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ON HIS LACK OF COMMUNICATION, BEDSIDE MANNER AND PISS-POOR ATTITUDE! more details
