Dr.Northcote was beyond rude to my daughter and i. she was suffering from severe complications after surgery. my adult d...aughter was crying from the immense amount of pain she was in. he told he that "she needed to stop crying" and that he "couldn't help the pain, so she just needed to deal with it." he was the most insensitive doctor I've ever met. more details
