Dr Schwartz issued a letter of recommendation for my husband to have a caregiver. I'm his wife his caregiver. You neve...r checked his head space and you never met the woman you signed off on as his caregiver. my husband has fallen on his head over10 times,broke a screen door, a toilet seat, and fell down a flight of stairs injuring his head. the woman is psychotic-- you have never met her. Her husband committed suicide to get away from her. After receiving the letter my husband moved in with this nutcase and served me with divorce papers. I contested cause I would have lost all VA ins. I want to know if you always give letters out without doing a mental physical. My husband and I never had any arguments or spats. He's got brain damage!!! and you never checked this. I'm still married cause I took my wedding vows seriously and hes living with a bimbo.I have been married to this man for over40 yrs. Thanks for not doing your job more details
