I had to give a star to be able to leave this review, otherwise, it would be zero stars!
I did not get to see ...Dr. Freitag because the front office doesn't schedule appointments! The first person I spoke with was arrogant in telling me that they "WE DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENTS", and "to have my PCP call them to set up the appointment". I asked to speak with the office manager, which told me the same thing. She was rude, condescending, and arrogant when explaining why they don't schedule appointments. I work in the medical field, and this is not how we do things at my office. more details
