In an emergency situation for my teenager and 3 referrals and requests to expedite from other professionals. The office... held on to my son's paperwork for over 5 days. They called me back to let me know that they could not bill for medicaid because of our secondary insurance which shows how little they know about medicaid billing.
"As much as we would like to help your son, we don't feel it would work out for us"
