Quick visit billed as comprehensive first appointment. Have sample of med I needed and assured her I would need refills ...for buy she insisted on sample only. Have been calling back for two weeks requesting her to call in a refill with no response. I do not recommend seeing this nurse prac unless you want to be ignored and not cared for and still be sick while being billed for a mediocre appointment during which you were not listened to. more details
