The doctor cancelled my first appointment the day of. Then he made a mistake on my records, saying that I had an irregul...ar heart rate. When I saw this on the paper he sent home with me after my appointment, I called to find out for sure that this was a mistake. It took a week and a half of me calling for anyone to attempt to call back with an answer. I was then told when I called for my test results that they came back normal, and when I went to pick up a copy for myself I saw that this was not the case. I was treated very rudely each time I spoke with the office. They didn’t even have a record of my first few calls (although I spoke directly with staff to leave the messages) and had no apologies for their mistakes or the time I wasted trying to get them corrected. The doctor also refuses to answer ANY questions without an office visit, no matter how small, important, or beneficial for care of oneself until being able to get in for an appointment. This practice is negligent, disorganized and seems not to care about anything but money. I won’t trust my health to them again. more details
