Let me just say that I had neck pain and headaches for years as a result of a car accident when I was 17 yrs old. I deve...loped some arthritis in my neck and constant stiffness especially in the morning. Dr. Gil has changed the quality of my life. I have been getting chiropractic adjustments and he gave me exercises to do at home. I am a firm believer now in treating the problem and not just the symptoms. more details
