I actually didn't even make it back to the doctor. She has the rudest staff I have ever in my life had to deal with. I a...m there because I am having neurological issues and instead of being helped I was argued with over my insurance. I have a $55.00 copay and her receptionist tried to collect $250.00 for my first visit. I work in medical insurance. I know my benefits and even though she said she would call to verify it the only thing she did was to continue to argue with me. Then after I walked out not only did she call my cell phone but she called my boyfriends cell phone to continue the argument. If this is how they treat their patients, I don't know how they stay in business. If I treated a patient like that where I work, I would have been written up or fired so quickly it would make my head spin. THE WORST STAFF EVER!!!! more details
