This woman does nothing to instill confidence and could not be less caring or helpful. She is devoid of bedside manner ...and would be an embarrassment to the entirety of Cleveland Clinic Florida's endocrinology department if, in fact, the entire department was not so incredibly awful. The doctors and staff are incompetent. Given the seriousness of the condition with which they deal, their lack of urgency and competency is shocking. No Cleveland Clinic advantage here. more details
