I first went to Dr. Siegel about two years ago concerning awkward pigmentation/discoloration on my face. He made no atte...mpt to explain my condition or clarify the ingredients within the medication he had prescribed, which I developed a horrible reaction to. Recently, I made the stupid decision to go see him once again this week in regards to the same thing, and the appointment turned out to be a disaster! There was such a lack of communication and what I think of as just rude behavior. He started by slandering my choice to stop using the products he had prescribed then he went on to say the cleansers I'm now I should just stick to the doctor's opinion. Then he decided to prescribe even STRONGER topical treatments. Lesson learned this time, I'm going to get a second opinion and eventually switch doctors. Oh, and let's not forget the 45-minute wait. more details
