Extremely disappointed in the attitude of the practice.
They would rather dump a patient than update their pati...ent portal to full functionality to include making appointments and sending email notifications of Doctor's messages that are on the portal as well as reminders of upcoming appointments.
They demand that you call in every time you need a prescription refill, even on maintenance medications that other practices will write two or three refills for.
Sadly, these are not the hallmarks of a patient oriented practice. more details
