I really like Dr.Pagan, she is friendly, sweet and knowldgable. I just can't stand the way her office is run and the col...dness of her office staff. You should never have to walk into a Dr's office and have to wait while the receptionist sits inches away from you behind a piece of glass and won't even look at you. Charles, an unfriendly man who I have no idea what he even does there is nice to any young, attractive lady who might be in the office that day, otherwise he is rude and cold and makes you want to leave. If Dr. Pagan is smart she would keep Rosa, get rid of the unfriendly rest of them and find a few smart, friendly and proffesional people to get her office running smoothly. Also, you can only come see her for one thing at a time... I have several health problems and can hardly walk. I pay for cabs to and fro, I cannot be in her office twice a week if not more and everytime I need a refill. I am currently shopping new Doc's. It's a shame I love her as a Dr, it is just too much. Whenever I am there, there is ALWAYS a problem. more details
